i'm going to stop promising to blog now.
pretty lazy to blog.
Practising for service is much more interesting.
Me, "Those who ain't sick of serving with me will say amen."

Have been going through lots of documentment,
managing and catergosizing them.
It really takes a lot more than just playing on stage.
Tapping on all the fruit of the spirit is a must, if not.
it b really hard..
Recalling..

When Tertiary service first birth out from youth service, there wasn't a Tertiary WAM yet. And one band, have to played for all 3 services. With that many songs, much thinks tat it is immpossible. And even some dampening our spirit. With the growing needs of at times reaching as early as 6:45am on ESServices. i too, am down in spirit.

I remembered one of the greatest/hardest musicial ESS i ever involving in, Started at 5:45am(sat). Only calling it a day only at 12:30am(sun). Because we have to rehearsal for our part 2, so right after part 1 last service. We stayed back rehearsing for part 2.
Anyone still remembers emotion service part 1 and 2 ? ya. thats the one.

Once my dad was very very angry with me coming home late. Not that my parents were very strict about the time. It were simply that they weren't happy about the idea of doing so much for 'church'. And pretty much pissed off with me going around with a guitar. threaten warns me if i continue to be stubborn, they will locked me out. i was only 18 then.

Hahas, i remember i didn't told my pherd about this.
Afraid that he might drop me from all the involvement=)
-silly me.

Because of the needs of different congregation. We started to have 2 seperate themes.

Then the songs.

And then worship leader and team.

With only one day a week, set aside for music practise. It is really hard and tedious. Music Practising was set on friday then! Very, very draining, as M.Prac starts at 7pm, changes over to tertiary services worship leader by 9pm, and will only ends at/by 11pm. However, things doesn't always goes according to plan, and it had ended way after 12mid before.

And it finally happened. Locked out.
It was the first time, and the experience really sux.
Was so tired that crying was the last thing on my mind.
Thank God i able to sneak back into the house,
slept a tiny bit and sneaking out without anyone knowing.

I was feeling horrible and yet have to minister from stage.
No one knew i was locked out.
It was either i break, or was stretched.
I dun remember where i hid myself right before the service. Teared.
Even though unable to resolved what i'm feeling.
I let it all go before i step up onto the stage.

Yes. I was stretched.

Just when you thought it ended? i remember still i have a home to return to.
And to face the consequences.

Went home. Mum in the kitchen. Nothing happen. i walked past. Nothing happen.
Dad came home. Nothing happen. Bathe. Nothing happen. And i fell a sleep.

God didn't give me what i cannot bear, and He gives just enought strength each day so that i will know He is the One who sustains me. And with that, i learn that i do not have to worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own.

My very first time playing for a camp concert.

WE started practicing months before the camp itself. Meeting up on both weekdays and weekends to jam and to pray for the concert. Had cramps and blisters because of practising too much. Going an extra mile by 'pestering' Geoffery to teach me. Walked all the way to my shepherd house to learn from him. Sitting at the corner of the stage looking at how other bassist played. Fell asleep during rehearsal time. Had very bad eye bag while jugging between exams and commitment. And ended up scores A's because He was with me.

My first time, entrusted to play for Christmas Service.

It is harder than the camp's concert. At least those were praise and worship, and mostly played before. But... Carols.. oh....

While serving in WAM, the things we do are very different from pastoral. While just before of exams, i was even more involve in things. We do more special arrangement so that people can be relax and refresh during services. After exams, when everyone were having hols, we warmed up. Getting ready for the all the upcoming ESSs. Public Hols is the best time for harvest (while in youth). Meaning more ESSs. However, if pastoral didn't work their ass off, there won't be ESS also. So Cheers to all the harvester. Meet up at my place in heaven k?

Noted - the word circle in red is "mystery song"

Not all my moments in WAM are tough, blood spilling, sleepless nights, injured fingers and all body aching. There are times when Holy spirit brighten my day. It will forever remains a "mystery" what we were playing on stage then. Hahas.

Some pearls of wisdom here.
TO WAM OR NOT TO WAM

It takes a lot of wisdom to understand that. Since earth was form to this very day, i have left countless brothers and sisters pondering about the reason of God creating me and the crappiness He have in me. Though He has plans for me, but many would rather He hasn't and i'll be with Him because they couldn't take my jokes any longer. My shepherd loves me, but God loves him even more for having to bear with me. And because my pherd loves he, he feeds me. and feeds me.. and feeds me. But i will never be not hungry. Maybe thats the reason for blessing HIM with a wealthy family. Oh, and His sister, too, have refuse to anknowledge my presence when i went over their hse for shepherding. Man.. i love that family =)

I felt loved.
